Blogging in the Wide (Web) World
I was honored to be invited to submit to the Carnival of Homeschooling, and our first blog carnival entry is now up at The Homeschool Cafe.
I will also be contributing to the blogs at Mommy Neighborhood, and the Mommy Neighborhood WAHM Spot.
That should be a fun way to “get out there” and meet some new people, and also to keep my writing “muscles” in training. I’d like to get back into the freelance writing arena, since it’s something I can do anytime, anywhere…
We thought travel and RV realted magazines were a natural. Hopefully since my last foray into the field at least some publishers have moved into the electronic age — having no permanent address, sending postal mail back and forth could prove to be quite a problem.
Hmmmm…
A once-and-future full-time RV family shares their adventures - homeschooling, home business, life in an RV, Christian living, interesting travel and dining experiences, you name it...

Thanks for sharing. How long have you been homeschooling?

Good to see you here, Mimi!
I pulled Nick out of school in the middle of third grade, and homeschooled through fifth. Part of sixth we tried in our local small-town school, since he was playing in the band, but it didn’t last. We’ll be starting eighth grade before long, which is I suppose our 5th year.
And to think my little one isn’t even preschool age yet! Seems like it will never end! LOL
