I was very distressed by Chuck Norris’ recent column, Dirty Secret No.1 in Obamacare.

First of all, let me put any question to rest by providing you a link to the actual text of the bill. I looked, and it’s there, just as reported by Mr. Norris. This is not some fantastic claim someone made up just to make ObamaCare look bad – it does that all by itself!

Now, what is this big Health Care issue?

Sections 440 and 1904 of the House bill (on about page 838, depending on formatting when you vew it), provide for:

Home visitation programs for families with young children and families expecting children.

The bill says that the government agents (“well-trained and competent staff”) would “provide parents with knowledge of age-appropriate child development in cognitive, language, social, emotional, and motor domains … modeling, consulting, and coaching on parenting practices,” and “skills to interact with their child to enhance age-appropriate development.”

Chuck Norris says it so well, I’m just going to let him say it:

Are you kidding me?! With whose parental principles and values? Their own? Certain experts’? From what field and theory of childhood development? As if there are one-size-fits-all parenting techniques! Do we really believe they would contextualize and personalize every form of parenting in their education, or would they merely universally indoctrinate with their own?

Are we to assume the state’s mediators would understand every parent’s social or religious core values on parenting? Or would they teach some secular-progressive and religiously neutered version of parental values and wisdom?

When did Government Health Care turn into Government Parenting?

Okay, one more witty tidbit from Chuck:

One government rebuttal is that this program would be “voluntary.” Is that right? Does that imply that this agency would just sit back passively until some parent needing parenting skills said, “I don’t think I’ll call my parents, priest or friends or read a plethora of books, but I’ll go down to the local government offices”? To the contrary, the bill points to specific targeted groups and problems, on Page 840: The state “shall identify and prioritize serving communities that are in high need of such services…”

Seems pretty clear to me what this is about.

Same thing as the Hitler Youth program.

Same thing as the Bible teaches us about our responsibilities as parents.

To raise and train the next generation is to shape the future.

This is the full speech, posted by the Reagan Foundation. It’s some 11 minutes, but time well spent. It has a “fluffy, speech-y” introduction, but hag in there.

It has some really solid points throughout, and a great wrap-up about holding your representatives accountable. There are things in here that many people probably never thought of, in relation to socialized medicine – check it out!

So, here’s a thought for anyone out there with paranoid leanings:

With OnStar, “they” can not only track where you are and catalog your driving habits, but they can also lock you out of your car (or let anyone else in), stop your car at any time (or start it), listen to what’s being said or going on in your car (or talk to you, naturally), and who knows how much more.

Big Brother is not only watching, but now he has a GPS and remote control…

Here is the single most important question you can ask your Representative and Senators concerning ObamaCare.

Will you vote to require members of Congress to be included on any bill dealing with health care? Please give me a yes or no answer.

If the ObamaCare health care bill isn’t good for the members of Congress, then it is not good for the general public. Members of Congress should live under the same laws as the general public.

That sounds intersting in a lot of ways..  But what I acually have been thinking about (and getting more and more upset about) is the fact that we have no reason to believe that the man meets the basic Constitutional requirements for being President!

We are a little media-sheltered, so I assumed that this was long since resolved.

Until I got an email today from the Western Center for Journalism, asking for tax-deductible donations to pursue this story by pressing the major media to take it up. 

Yeah, the same media that got lock-jaw latching on to the notion that there might be an issue with Bush’s service record.  The same folks who left no stone unturned investigating the possibility that John McCain might not be qualified for the office because he was born overseas.  Very interesting…

I’m going to edit and editorialize (of course), but this handy summary of issues is theirs.

Barack Hussein Obama could put the issue to rest right now by simply releasing his ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE!

But instead he has teams of lawyers fighting efforts to get him to release his ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE, while his underlings look down their noses at the American people and call these legitimate requests “garbage.”

And the one pivotal question that those who attempt to dismiss the controversy cannot answer is:

If Barack Hussein Obama has nothing to hide, what’s the problem?

The more he resists, the more you have to wonder.

Here are some of the disturbing facts surrounding Barack Hussein Obama’s ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE – not rumors, not wild theories – just the FACTS.

FACT #1: Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States, SPECIFICALLY states, “No person except a natural born citizen of the United States, at the time of adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President…”  It’s NOT a technicality, or lunacy on the part of our Founding Fathers.  It is  a specific statement within a document that forms the basis for ALL of our laws and not open to interpretation (unless the entire Constitution should be now open to interpretation).

FACT #2: In order to be a “natural born citizen,” you must be born in the United States or, if you are born abroad, you CAN (if specific circumstances are met) inherit citizenship status from your parents.  If he was born abroad, then that’s a problem for Barack Hussein Obama because his father was NOT a citizen of the United States and his mother had not lived in the United States the required amount of time after attaining the age of majority when Obama was born – meaning SHE COULD NOT pass her citizenship on to Obama.

FACT #3: If Barack Hussein Obama WAS NOT born in the United States, he IS NOT a “natural born citizen” and if that is the case, Obama is guilty of perpetuating the most massive fraud in the history of the United States!

FACT #4: Barack Hussein Obama has ACTIVELY REFUSED to show his ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE to the people who elected him. Under Hawaiian law, only Obama can legally release the document but HE JUST WON’T DO IT! Why not?

FACT #5: Obama has multiple teams of lawyers helping him shield the document from the prying eyes of the American people. Why?

FACT #6: Instead of producing an ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE, Team Obama produced another document – a “Certification of Live Birth” – and said, in effect, “Here’s his Birth Certificate! Now shut up!”

And when it comes to FACT #6, Team Obama engaged in a sleight-of-hand that is going unnoticed by the American people, because the liberal media refuses to scrutinize the actions of Barack Hussein Obama.

A CERTIFICATION of Live Birth and a Birth Certificate (A CERTIFICATE of Live Birth)… [notice the difference in the words "certification" and "certificate"] ARE TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT DOCUMENTS.

A CERTIFICATION of Live Birth – the document that Team Obama produced – is a document that essentially proves that you exist and Barack Hussein Obama most certainly EXISTS – that point is not in dispute.

A CERTIFICATE of Live Birth (an ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE) – on the other hand contains more information. It gives the specific location of your birth, the hospital, the time of birth, the attending physician etc.

So what is the big deal? 

Simply put: a CERTIFICATION of Live Birth CAN contain ERRORS.

The State of Hawaii provide an concrete example of this point!  Hawaii maintains programs to encourage property ownership for native Hawaiians.  And pursuant to those programs, the Hawaii Department of Home Lands (DHHL) states the following on its website:

“In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.”

If the State of Hawaii DOES NOT accept its own CERTIFICATION of Live Birth as proof that an individual was actually born in Hawaii, why should we?

If Hawaii REQUIRES an ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE , WHY SHOULDN’T WE?

Another interesting tidbit:

Obama’s paternal grandmother said she was present at Obama’s birth, which took place in Mombasa in what is now Kenya.

Some people are asking: Is This Whole Controversy Such A Big Deal Or Much Ado About Nothing?

IT WAS “such a big deal” for John McCain!

You may still remember that the liberal media made a HUGE DEAL out of the fact that McCain was born in the Canal Zone, while his father, a Naval officer, was stationed there. The liberal media relentlessly questioned  whether or not McCain met the constitutional test.

But John McCain – unlike Obama – released all relevant records!

While the Canal Zone was not American soil, McCain’s parents were both American citizens who had resided in the United States for the required number of years after having reached the age of majority! McCain was good to go.

Can we say the same for Obama? And why isn’t the liberal media asking that question?

Strangely, it may have been the liberal media’s willingness to savage McCain over the issue that eventually brought this whole controversy to light.

When Obama’s grandmother claimed Obama was born in Kenya, the McCain controversy was still fresh in the minds of people who wondered – and are still wondering – why the same standard was NOT being applied to Obama.

But, as the American people are coming to know, you are simply not allowed to criticize, scrutinize, or hold him up to any standard.  Now, just raising what was a legitimate question in regards to John McCain makes you a conspiracy theorist or nut when it comes to Obama.

Please understand, no one is saying that Obama is NOT a “natural born citizen.”  What we’re saying is we  just don’t KNOW, BECAUSE BARACK “MR. TRANSPARENCY” OBAMA WILL NOT RELEASE HIS ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

The Western Center for Journalism is running a campaign to try and force the media to investigate this, by sending faxes to all the majors news networks and newspapers, as well as the White House.

Whether or not you want to get involved in their campaign, I would urge you to simply ask the question.

Ask your friends and neighbors.

Ask the Editor of your local newspaper.

Ask your Senators and Representatives.

Keep asking, until we get an answer…

Dear Employees:

As the CEO of this organization, I have resigned  myself to the fact that Barrack Obama is our President and that our taxes and government fees will increase in a BIG way.

To compensate for these increases, our prices would have to increase by about 10%.

But since we cannot increase our prices right now due to the dismal state of the economy, we will have to lay off six of our employees instead.

This has really been bothering me, since I believe we are family here and I didn’t know how to  choose who would have to go. So, this is what I did:

I walked through our parking lot and found six ‘Obama’ bumper stickers on our employees’ cars and I have decided these folks will be the ones to let go.

I can’t think of a more fair way to approach this problem. They voted for change, I gave it to them.

I will see the rest of you at the annual company picnic.

It’s sure a good one, though!

I think this is a really amazing campaign, and we will definately be participating!

NOTE: Make sure you include a return address, or it will be sent to the Dead Letter Office!

On the back, write the following message:

This envelope represents one child who died because of an abortion. It is empty because the life that was taken is now unable to be a part of our world.

Responsibility begins with conception.

Please tell every one of your friends who you think would send one, too. I wish we could send 50 million red envelopes, one for every child who died [in the U.S.] before having a chance to live.

Barack Obama spoke at a Planned Parenthood Action Fund event, uttering the now infamous line, “Well, the first thing I’d do as president is, is sign the Freedom of Choice Act. [Applause.] That’s the first thing that I’d do.”

An empty red envelope will send a message to President Barack Obama that there is moral outrage in this country over this issue [The Freedom of Choice Act, which will essentially "undo" every law currently in place to limit abortion in the U.S. (i.e., parental consent laws, parental notification, waiting periods, prohibition of transporting a minor girl across state lines to obtain an abortion, etc.)]. It will be quiet, but clear.

How sad.

Women all over the world continue to have the choice to kill their unborn children – but I no longer have the choice not to support it.

They say they are “Pro Choice,” but of course that doesn’t include mine (not that I’m surprised by the hypocrisy any more).

I haven’t been keeping up on the details, but here’s today’s email from the American Family Association:

President Obama has lifted a ban on federal funding for international groups that promote or perform abortions, reversing a policy of his predecessor, George W. Bush.

Obama’s actions mean that hundreds of millions of your tax dollars will go to help groups like Planned Parenthood perform abortions around the world.

His actions came one day after the 36th anniversary of the landmark Roe v. Wade Supreme Court ruling that legalized abortion in all 50 states.

Please take the action suggested below. It will not cause Obama to reverse his decision, but it will send a notice to him that unborn babies are human and deserve the same rights as the born.

• Send an e-mail to Obama asking him to stop funding the killing of unborn children.
• After you send the e-mail, please make a phone call (202-456-1414) and leave a message that you strongly disagree with Obama’s using tax dollars to fund abortion.
