It’s another busy Saturday… We’re baking the famous Knaus Berry Farm Cinnamon Rolls so fast that there’s not time to do much else!
So what’s coming out HOT is:
- Herb Rolls
- Cinnamon Rolls (and Pecan Rolls)
- And fresh from yesterday’s bake:
There are plenty of pies and cakes, but UNLIKE most Saturdays, we’re so busy with the Thanksgiving rush that there is not a stash of cookies and brownies available.
Next week is the busiest week of the season… Come in and get your cinnamon roll “fix” now!

As is typical on a Friday, it’s a big baking day - so we’ll have all the delicious Knaus Berry Farm goodies avalable for the Saturday rush when we don’t have time to make more:
- All the Breads - White, Honey Wheat, Dilly, Mountaineer, 9-Grain and Raisin
- Cheese Sticks, Herb Sticks
- Dinner Rolls - White and Wheat
- And of course… Cinnamon Rolls. Lots and lots of cinnamon rolls! (And Pecan Rolls come with the deal)
They’re also cranking out some pies, but we won’t be making any more cookies or brownies until after Thanksgiving!

The Pumpernickel Bread was quit a hit!
It sold out yesterday, and we’ll be making more today.
We’ve discovered an interesting split:
Some people like a pumpernickel that has a little bit of “bite” from the grain (like rye does), while others think a pumpernickel should be more sweet (and if so, should it be honey or molasses?).
The one we’re making now is the former.
