Only Four More Weeks!

That’s right, Knaus Berry Farm closes for the season in just 4 weeks!  Don’t miss out - stock up on all your favorite goodies…  

Yes, it’s Monday, so it’s a big baking day.  We’re making up:

• All the Breads - White, Honey Wheat, Dilly, Mountaineer, 9-Grain and Raisin
• Cheese Sticks, Herb Sticks
• Dinner Rolls - White and Wheat
• And of course…  Cinnamon Rolls.  Lots and lots of famous Knaus Berry Farm Cinnamon Rolls!  (And Pecan Rolls come with the deal)  

They’re also cranking out some goodies, and they do try to have all the sweets available every day.  Pies, cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, brownies…  Yum!   

We still have U-Pick Strawberries and U-Pick Tomatoes going on, so come on down and join the fun before it’s too late.  (Knaus Berry Farm closes for the season in just FOUR WEEKS, and U-Pick may wind down even before that!)

Typical Saturday…  We’re so busy  baking Cinnamon Rolls that there’s not time to do much of anything else!

So what’s coming out HOT is:

• Herb Rolls
• Cinnamon Rolls (and Pecan Rolls)
• And fresh from yesterday’s bake:
  • All 6 breads

There may be some Day Old and Frozen bargains left, if you hurry… 

There are plenty of sweets available, and they do try to have all the pies (as well as others) every day.

We still have U-Pick Tomatoes, and U-Pick Strawberries going on…  and have you tried the famous Freezer Jam?  Mmmmm….

Special treats today!

Check out Peanut Butter Pie, a special edition that may or may not ever be seen again.

And we have Sourdough Bread that we baked for the first time yesterday and will be baking agian today.  It’s getting rave reviews, and like all sourdough it will improve as the “starter” ages even more!  Be sure to get yours, and let the staff know that you’d like to see it added to the permanent menu… 

And of course it’s our typical big baking day, so we’ll have all of our delicious Knaus Berry Farm breads avalable for the Saturday rush when we don’t have time to make more:

Commodity prices have been changing so fast and furiously lately that Knaus Berry Farm has had to make some changes as well.  (Did you know that the price of flour has tripled in the last month?!)
